12.20pm	Field Trip - visits to the PrimePort of Timaru, and Opuha Water Limited (Dam)
5.00pm	Arrive back at Sopheze,Caroline Bay
5.10pm - 7.00pm	Connecting & Networking - Drinks and Nibbles

7.30am - 8.45am	Registration (including BrightSIDE) - The Southern Events Centre, Timaru
8.55am	Welcome & Introduction
9.10am	Event Chair Opening Address
9.15am	Keynote Speaker - Emma Twigg sponsored by
10.15am - 11.00am	Morning Tea
11.00am - 12.30pm	Workshops - choice of two workshops. They will be repeated in the afternoon
12.30pm - 1.15pm	Lunch break
1.15pm - 2.45pm	Dairy Advancement through Science and Technology Session
2.45pm - 3.00pm	Make your way to the workshops and grab afternoon tea on the way
3.00pm - 4.30pm	Workshops - choice of two workshops. They are the same as the morning workshops.
4.30pm	Close of Day 1
